The Role The Product Manager will own all aspects of the biopharma product line of JoVE. This person will be responsible for building the biopharma product line, leading product improvements based on customer requirements and launching new initiatives. Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with customers and sales team to customize the product to the needs of biopharma clients 2. Identify gaps and initiate new programs to improve the existing product experience and delivery 3. Conduct market research on the biopharma market and adjacencies to launch new initiatives 4. Own the business case and product lifecycle from market research to launch of new initiatives 5. Be the single point of contact across teams for all Biopharma product related initiatives Qualifications 1. A Bachelors/PG degree 2. 5+ years of overall experience with relevant experience in digital product management or strategy & consulting 3. Any experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma companies is preferred 4. A demonstrated passion for science, education, and the belief that video/technology can truly make a difference throughout the educational process 5.
