The Sales Process Excellence Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining efficient sales processes, managing a team of educational counselors, and ensuring they meet their targets. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, process optimization skills, and leadership abilities to drive success. Role and Responsibilities: Sales Process Optimization: - Develop, document, and streamline the end-to-end sales process to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. - Evaluate and recommend sales technology, tools, and software to enhance the sales process. Sales Training and Development: - Lead and motivate a team of educational counselors who engaged with prospective students through virtual channels - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge. - Create a handbook that provides guidance on best practices, objection handling, and product knowledge. - Provide feedback and ensure upskilling of the team to improve their performance. Quality Assurance: - Establish quality assurance standards and processes to ensure that all sales interactions meet Josh's standards and regulatory requirements. - Monitor and assess the quality of sales calls and provide feedback to the team.
