Bundleojoy is building two consumer-first D2C brands in the parenting space - Loopie (kids' mobility products) and Juno Mom (postpartum care products). We're on a 0-1 journey to create thoughtful, design-led products that cater to young families in India. We're now hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, solve cross-functional challenges, and scale operations with data at the core.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founders to identify and prioritise strategic initiatives across the business.

- Build and validate business theses using data - a strong command over Excel and SQL is a must.

- Own the preparation of key data views, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making.

- Solve high-complexity, multi-stakeholder problems across marketing, operations, product, and supply chain.

- Support on financial modelling, P&L understanding, and business planning.

- Lead special projects from scratch - be it setting up a new vertical, launching a category, or improving internal processes.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or strategy/growth roles in high-growth startups

- Hands-on with data - advanced Excel, SQL, and the ability to synthesise insights from large datasets.

- Has seen 0-1 journeys and can thrive in ambiguity with a bias for action.

- Strong first-principles thinking and structured problem solving.

- Ability to work across multiple functions and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.

- High ownership, fast learner, and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in a D2C or consumer tech startup.

- Exposure to supply chain, ops, or finance in high-growth environments.
