We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alliance and Event Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing partnership opportunities that align with Company Carbon's goals. This role involves negotiating partnership agreements, managing relationships, planning and executing marketing events, and collaborating across various teams to ensure the success of partnership and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities with cafes, sustainable brands, and other relevant businesses that align with the company's goals. - Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, serving as the main point of contact. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute partnership initiatives successfully. - Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular updates to leadership. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem. - Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns at colleges, green cafes, corporates, and other venues to build community and promote partnerships. - Design and conduct events with partners as needed to increase brand awareness and engagement. Qualifications: - Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and evaluate partnership performance. - Knowledge of the sustainability and renewable energy sectors is a plus. - Experience in event marketing, including planning and executing marketing events and campaigns. - Passionate about sustainability and environmental impact.
