Joint Vice President/Vice President - Strategic Alliances - BFSI

We are looking Joint V.P/V.P Strategic Alliances for one of the largest Financial Group in India.

Job Profile:

- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to drive new client acquisitions and market expansion.

- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in the general insurance sector.

- Establish and nurture high-value partnerships with corporates, banks, and distribution channels.

- Lead negotiations to secure long-term, impactful collaborations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

- Track key initiatives using data analysis, dashboards, and forecasting tools.

- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance insights to stakeholders.

- Drive change management initiatives to integrate new partnerships and programs.

Desired Experience and Skills:

- Post Graduate from premier institutes

- 5-6 years of experience in strategic roles, including Bancassurance and senior stakeholder management.

- Proven ability to launch and manage pan-India programs in a matrix environment.

- Strong analytical skills to derive insights and create impactful strategies.

- Exceptional program management and project execution skills.

- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and presentations.
