Role Overview
IGP is looking for an Assistant Manager CLM to drive customer engagement and retention through well-planned lifecycle and campaign management across multiple digital channels.
The role will focus on executing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns to enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications
- Own and execute the monthly campaign calendar aligned with business goals and seasonal priorities
- Develop and deploy targeted communication strategies for different user segments across the customer lifecycle
- Ensure timely campaign execution with high standards of content accuracy, personalization, and design quality
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue contribution
- Monitor channel delivery, health, and key metrics to ensure optimal performance and minimal drop-offs
- Optimize campaigns continuously to achieve ROI and engagement benchmarks
- Collaborate closely with design, product, tech, analytics, and category teams for seamless campaign execution
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, journeys, and analytics
- Strong experience managing Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification campaigns
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap, Smartech, Adobe Campaign, or Oracle Responsys
- Strong English language skills with a good eye for design, layout, and copy proofreading
- Solid understanding of channel-specific metrics (deliverability, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rates, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and execution excellence
