Some of our key brands include Johnson's- Baby, Stayfree-, Clean &amp; Clear-, Band-Aid-, Listerine-, ORSL and Benadryl- . - Lead - Data Management and Analytics: We are looking for a Lead Analytics who has strong experience and skills in Data analytics and Visualization platforms. - This role requires a broad knowledge of existing analytics and experience with a variety of structured and unstructured data sources in the CPG/FMCG sector, the ability to collaborate closely and influence others in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, creativity to invent, customize and work in a multidisciplinary environment to drive business solutions and exposure to new technologies in data, analytics and - This person will lead the business operations - by managing the business deliverables, driving opportunities for automation, Visualization and Insights, partnering closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams. This person would also be responsible for supporting the data transformation processes, improving the data quality of solutions, managing the data customizations and ensuring optimal platform performance. The position will be based in Pune, India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the activities related to the business operations - weekly, monthly, quarterly data refresh activities; manage delivery of business insight packages to stakeholders - Develop Tableau/Power BI Dashboards - Identifying trends, patterns, and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it - Manage, Research, and resolve data &amp; analytics questions from business partners; conduct hands-on data mining and analysis to identify issues and resolve - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure and improve the data quality, data alignment and data dictionary for reporting and automation - Test, deploy and maintain data processes, APIs and analytics solutions within analytics environment; improve analytics platform performance - Identify and document operations processes and drive solution optimization Qualifications Qualifications Required Skills And Abilities: - A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required, among 6 years, at least a minimum of 4 years relevant Data and analytics or Visualization experience is required - Proven ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations. - Experience working with Data engineering platforms like SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Teradata, Visualization platforms- Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, visualizations, Pivot Tables and VBA), Expertise in data-warehousing technologies - Redshift, SQL/PL-SQL will be required - Advanced analytics / data science exposure; working knowledge of web technologies - Apache Tomcat, Angular JS will be an added advantage - Nielsen/IRI data expertise will be an added advantage - Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation and interpersonal skills - Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT partners; excellent ability to lead, influence, empower and encourage others in a collaborative environment - Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills - Good knowledge of CPG industry, business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies Are you ready to impact the world?
