Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Product Lifecycle Management:

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch, growth, and optimization

- Define product vision, positioning, and value proposition aligned with business objectives

- Develop and execute annual brand and portfolio strategies to drive revenue and market share

Market & Customer Insights:

- Conduct deep customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities

- Translate insights into actionable product, pricing, and messaging strategies

- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to refine strategies

Go-To-Market & Launch Excellence:

- Lead go-to-market planning including segmentation, targeting, pricing, promotion, and channel strategy

- Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams

- Develop launch tools, sales enablement materials, and training programs

Commercial & Performance Management:

- Own forecasting, demand planning inputs, and P&L support for assigned portfolio

- Track KPIs such as sales performance, market share, adoption, and ROI of marketing initiatives

- Optimize marketing investments based on performance data and insights

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization

- Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders to guide product enhancements and pipeline development

- Influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results

People & Stakeholder Management (if applicable):

- Mentor junior product or marketing team members

- Effectively manage agency and vendor partners

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred

- 7-10+ years of experience in product management or marketing roles

- Proven experience in product lifecycle management and go-to-market execution

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills

- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
