This a Revenue Growth Role. For context John Jacobs delivered 720 Cr this year and we have to deliver in excess of 1000 Cr next year. As we are looking at continuing to grow the brand side first before expanding own channels, a big part of this growth will be by driving the channels that we operate out of. And this year we would be interested in building new channels of trade across India and international. Some of these opportunities will look like the below - 1. Building a partnership arm with talent fronted design collaborations- product lines with designers/celebrities/cultural symbols 2. Driving the business development in international marketplaces such as Farfetch, Sense, Net-a-porter etc 3. For existing business, make a shift toward higher-growth revenue and profit pools across Lenskart. With detailed insights into what types of consumers are buying our products, where, and why, and when they consume them, identify new products that better align with consumer needs and identify underserved opportunities that are complementary to our current portfolio. 4. Design a "super consumer" and new consumer strategy- we have 60% customer retention but at this moment do not have a working strategy for our most loyal customers but would want to build this. This is not all encompassing, as the brand equity improves, we keep identifying more ways to grow the business. These activities will be driven program wise and you will sit on the strategy side with ownership of the end results and will report into me.
