Position: Manager Reporting to: Dy. General Manager 1. Job Purpose : - Basic engineering of electrical system. - Generating enquiries, approval of same. - Monitor project activity and work progress. - Overall coordination with client/vendors for drawing approvals, Inspections and dispatch clearances. 2. Key Result Area : - Timely completion of Project as per schedule - Control of cost within budgets - Self & Subordinate Development 3. Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate with all the departments for engineering activities to complete it on time by providing client requirements as and when required within the stipulated time frame & cost. - Procurement and dispatch of direct brought-out items as per schedule and give dispatch clearance in consultation with client - Coordinate with client for project requirements and updates on progress of projects. - Manage and coordinate all changes/deviations in engineering and design - Generating system specifications - Checking & approval of drawings submitted by Electrical system supplier - Inspection of systems at vendors work 4. Qualification and Experience : The candidate should be an: - Bachelor of Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with 7- 10 years of experience in large engineering/project/heavy engineering industry. - Knowledge of SAP / ERP is added advantage. - Must have ability to handle independently. 5. Technical Competencies : - Thorough knowledge of Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics equipment parts. 6. Other Competencies : - Good Presentation Skills. - Good Interpersonal Skills. - Good Communication Skills. - Good Negotiation Skills.
