Job Description : We are an early stage company with PMF and currently executing lightning-fast to develop a capture market. We are looking for 'builders' who are excited at the prospect of building & scaling really quickly. This is a role in 'Founders' Office' to drive growth via key initiatives while working closely with the founders. Key Initiatives Include : - Sales Strategy: Building a playbook for a new GTM initiative - Product: Run customer interviews to build an outside-in product roadmap - Marketing: Ideate and execute a flagship company event - Operations: Building a world-class customer support service - Hiring: Build a world class hiring and onboarding process across functions This role is a fast-track path to gaining skills and context across different business functions and ideal for people aspiring to be entrepreneurs / business leaders.
