Senior Executive - Brand Activation

What The Role Will Require One To Do?

- Identify and evaluate high-impact external properties (e.g., sports activations, premium properties, music shows and experiential spaces) for relevant brand collaborations.

- Conceptualise, structure, and negotiate brand activation plans around selected partnerships and IPs.

- Drive the end-to-end execution of activation campaigns across retail outlets, on-ground events, and digital touchpoints to ensure maximum engagement.

- Maintain brand consistency across all consumer-facing elements-visuals, messaging, and experience delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) and external vendors/agencies to ensure smooth implementation.

- Build and nurture relationships with partner platforms to expand brand visibility and engagement.

- Measure and report activation performance through KPIs such as footfall, consumer engagement, trial-to-conversion rates, and ROI.

- Maintain a knowledge repository of successful activations and market best practices.

- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activations, and evolving consumer interests to drive innovation in planning.

Ideal Candidate:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in brand activations or event marketing

- On-ground campaign planning & execution

- Event coordination

- Exposure to ATL/BTL campaigns

- Familiarity with performance tracking tools

- Vendor and partner management

Qualification:

- Degree preferred in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
