Contract Labour Management:

- Approved manpower availability (both security & facility management)

- Employee transportation

Productivity:

- Optimize third party manpower cost without productivity loss

- RO & STP Maintenance

Legal & Compliance:

- Statutory and Compliance

Third party services & Expenses Management:

- Attendance/Muster roll/Invoices verification and submission with GRN to HO

- Petty cash handling

Canteen & Pantry Management:

- Food quality improvement, reduction in return food.

- Inventory control - Consumables & Stationery utilization

Sustainability Initiatives:

- Meeting the standard per capita water consumption (25 ltrs)

- Continuous Improvement Projects

Admin Process Improvement:

- Admin Cost saving initiatives implementation

- Admin Budget Capex and Opex meet and beat the budget
