Role Overview:

- Lead and deliver ERP implementation projects across multiple industries

- Design, configure, and customize ERP solutions aligned with client business needs

- Act as a trusted consultant to clients for process optimization and ERP best practices

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirement analysis to go-live and support

- Conduct business process analysis and gap assessment across finance, accounting, and operations

- Design, configure, and customize ERP solutions based on client requirements

- Provide functional and techno-functional consulting during ERP deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, integration partners, and stakeholders

- Manage client interactions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support

- Ensure ERP solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards

- Identify risks, issues, and improvement areas during project execution

- Support implementation rescue and optimization initiatives when required

- Successful and timely delivery of ERP implementation projects

- High client satisfaction and adoption of ERP solutions

- Accuracy and effectiveness of business process mapping and solution design

- Reduction in process inefficiencies through ERP optimization

- Quality of system configuration, customization, and documentation

- Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders

Required Experience:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in ERP consulting and implementation projects

- Proven experience working on ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite or similar systems

- Strong exposure to finance, accounting, and operational business processes

- Experience handling client-facing roles and multi-stakeholder environments

- Strong expertise in ERP functional consulting and solution design

- Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts within ERP systems

Educational Qualification:

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field

- ERP-related certifications are an added advantage
