About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation projects across various platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, or SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. A PMP certification is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
- Facilitate change management and user training during ERP rollouts.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementations. Hands-on experience with Zoho, Odoo, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- Experience in managing remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
