Job Summary:
We are looking for an ERP Consultant with expertise in Finance and Accounting to support ERP implementations, financial process optimization, and customer consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze client finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, cash management, and budgeting.
- Configure financial modules and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare functional documents, test cases, and support system testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Conduct training sessions for finance teams.
- Provide post-go-live support and handle system enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts or ERP Financial module consulting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Experience in ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally ERP, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
