OBJECTIVE:


- To play an integral role in the strategic objectives of the Execution team by assisting in the origination, structuring and efficient execution of sector/client specific transactions/mandate.

- To take care of end-to-end execution post origination of Capital Market transactions i.e. financial modeling, preparation of Information Memorandum, discussion with investors, valuation, negotiations, legal documentation and closing for all transactions and managing integrations.

BASIC ROLE INFORMATION:

Accountable to (Reporting Line) : Managing Director

Exp : 3-6 years

Qualification: MBA / CA

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

- Providing transaction support with regard to analysis, valuation, financial modelling and documentation

- Ensure effective execution for deals of their sector and clients.

- Brainstorm innovative ideas, solutions and proposals within the teams.

- Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison except those involving negotiations on pricing or structure.

- Managing, underwriting and syndicating IPOs and follow-on offerings in the domestic market.

- Advising on new and innovative debt and equity linked corporate finance products.

- IPO deal analysis using primary and secondary sources of information.

- End to end execution of capital market transactions

- Preparation of Pitch Books, Research and analysis of industry trends.

- Discussion with investors, valuation, negotiations, legal documentation and closing for all transactions and managing integrations.

- Responsible for researching potential target companies, collecting appropriate data and providing analysis assistance along with the Associate/Analyst/Researcher team.

- Preparing detailed Information Memorandum's highlighting business and capabilities to solicit investment

- Cash flow and financial modeling across sectors for various Capital Market transaction.

- Valuation of companies by building using/leveraging relevant valuation model/ techniques

- Develop the financial models that support the assessment and underlying valuation of acquisition opportunities.

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Financial Analytical skill

- Sector Knowledge

- Understanding & experience of both Capital Market transaction

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

- Communication skills - organizes thoughts logically and articulates them clearly and concisely

- Ability to understand the client's business and economics would be important

- Data gathering, spreadsheet support by way of timely updation of spreadsheets/graphs/ background information and report production

- Company Research exposure across industries is preferred.

- Self-starter, energetic, flexible individual with a clear thought process.

- Strong business acumen.

- A Multi Tasker with excellent eye for details
