JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Analyst, Data Warehouse,Global Data & Information Management   JLL, an international real estate management company, is seeking a senior analyst to join our global Data & Information Management organization. We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately.  Key Responsibilities  - Independently develops, executes and monitors complex data management / analytic processes to support ad hoc data and information delivery for assigned projects.  - Spearheads development of ETL code, metadata definitions and models, queries and reports, schedules, work processes and maintenance procedures and proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.   - Mentors less experienced analysts on proper standards/techniques to improve their accuracy and efficiency.   - Perform the unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing.   - Articulates business requirements in sufficient detail such that a technical solution can be designed and engineered.   - Develops technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems and source types to a modelled database solution in the data warehouse after series of transformations and data manipulations.  - Consults with the business to develop documentation and communication materials to ensur eaccurate usage and interpretation of JLL data.  - Support the daily ETL process across multiple countries to ensure that batch processes are successful and meet the SLAs for the execution and data delivery.  - Identifies and acquires new data sources, performs data discovery to understand data values and relationships, and develops prototype solutions to deliver immediate business value.  - Be as member of the offshore EDW COE team working very closely with the global EDW team on a day to day basis and larger GDIM matrix organization located geographically across APAC, AM and EMEA regions.  - Providing production Support, documentation of best practices, provide input to the technical solution to build re-usable and scalable ETL modules.  Qualifications :  - Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the fields of information science, data management and/or computer science.  - Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree preferred.  - Strong Informatica Power Center (5 Plus years) & IDQ skills with SQL server & Control M background. Besides these skills if the candidate has background on dealing with Python, handling unstructured data would be a plus.  - Fair knowledge of job scheduling and job monitoring on enterprise scheduling software tools like CTLM or SQL server job schedulers.  - Experience with data architecture, data integration/ETL, data warehousing, and/or business intelligence deployed in a complex environment.  - Experience in working with databases especially SQL server databases.  - Understanding of data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.  - Should be capable of independently exploring solutions and the ability to learn new technologies such as cloud sources, Microsoft Azure, Informatica Cloud, Informatica DIH etc.  - Able to think logically, organize work flows efficiently, and solve problems independently.  - Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced environment.  - Capability to self-learn new software applications and programming languages.  - Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.  - Excellent technical, analytical and organizational skills.
