Director Delivery Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage full stack development projects from conception to deployment. - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. - Collaborate with Customer teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. Skills Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies. - 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role. - Proficiency in frameworks such as React - Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, or Python - Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
