Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

- Define and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and IT support staff.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to support business growth.

Software Development

- Oversee and participate in the design and development of custom applications and systems.

- Drive development standards, code reviews, and best practices.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Mobile Development

- Lead Android app development using Flutter.

- Ensure app performance, UI/UX, and integration with backend services.

Web & Backend Technologies

- Oversee development and maintenance of applications using .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.

- Design scalable and secure back-end systems and databases.

IT Infrastructure & Security

- Manage IT infrastructure, network security, and system performance.

- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols.

Collaboration & Communication

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in layman's terms.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Mobile App Development: Flutter (Android-focused)

Backend Development: .NET (C#, ASP.NET)

Frontend Development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Database Management: SQL Server, MySQL or equivalent

Software Architecture & Design Patterns

Soft Skills:
