Check out www.jiraaf.com Job description : Unique opportunity to be part of finance/accounts/credit risk strategy team working with finance/credit risk head and shall have understanding of following: Credit risk: - Understanding of businesses and financial modeling with a view to ascertain credit worthiness of an entity - Structuring of deals in consultation with Investment/Business team - Risk Management of the allocated portfolio and pro-actively monitor red flag or early warning signals in the accounts - Understanding of regulations around various credit/debt products including relevant RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations as may be relevant for the product - Preparing thematic presentations and industry decks, such as those highlighting key sector trends, emerging risks or potential turnaround sectors - Prepare presentation and maintain database of portfolio for periodic reviews - Understanding of accounting standards to comprehend financial statement Finance & account: - Working with Finance Controller as may be required, setting-up internal finance control, internal audit processes - Suggest optimization and improvements in finance/accounts process - Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts - Prepare and maintain various MIS as may be required by senior management - Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis Candidate requirement : - Female candidate will be preferred - Qualified Chartered accountant/ MBA with CA intermediate level - Good command on Microsoft office suite - PowerPoint, Word and Excel - 5-7 years of relevant experience credit analyst role with rating agency will be preferred - Strong understanding of the accounts, finance, credit and ability to crunch numbers - Basic knowledge of credit products such as Working Capital Loan, Invoice Discounting, corporate debt, operating lease, etc. What's on Offer : - Opportunity to be integral part of the "Next Big Wave" in the financial Industry - Work alongside one of the best team in the fintech space - Chance to make innovative tech driven financial products which is yet to be done by anyone else in Industry - Best in class compensation structure ensuring long term wealth creation
