Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and organizations across various sectors.
- Identify internship and job placement opportunities suitable for our students based on their skills, interests, and career goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Academic, Admissions and Student Welfare departments to understand student profiles and requirements, and tailor placement strategies accordingly.
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
- Organise corporate engagement activities, such as guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops.
- Track and monitor placement activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to assess placement progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and relevant regulations to ensure effective placement strategies.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post Graduate from Any Stream
Minimum Experience:
- 5 to 10 Years of Experience in Campus Placement in University/institutions.

- Excellent Communication Skills (spoken and Written)
- High Integrity
- 24-7 Availability for Important Projects
- Knowledge of Industry Demographics Will Be an Advantage.
