Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with sales and revenue objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to differentiate our RCM services.
- Identify market trends, competitor insights, and opportunities for expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Own and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, ABM, social media, content marketing, webinars, and events).
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives to increase lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to nurture high-value accounts.
- Establish lead scoring models and qualification processes to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion.
Marketing Performance & Analytics
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs for marketing performance, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI.
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and strategic insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and refine marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
- Report on marketing impact to executive leadership, providing clear recommendations for optimization.
Content & Brand Development
- Oversee content strategy and creation, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and sales collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives through industry partnerships, conferences, and executive branding.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing, preferably in RCM, US healthcare.
- Proven experience scaling lead generation programs and driving MQL growth.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, ABM, and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, external agencies, and vendor relationships.
