Role Objective:
To support the Learning and Development function in implementing L&D strategies, conducting learning need analysis, and reporting of learning metrices. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day L&D activities, implementation of high-quality programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational learning goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in L&D Execution: Support the location learning and development team in execution of L&D plans that align with business objectives and compliance requirements, focusing on skill enhancement across organizational levels
- Learning Needs Collation & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive learning need assessment to identify learning requirements based on Performance Management System inputs, business transformation needs, and compliance mandates.
- Program Management: Manage various learning and development initiatives, including registration processes, participant engagement, and post-training evaluations. Ensure that programs are delivered effectively
- Creation of Learning Calendar: Develop the annual learning calendar and support with execution of the identified learnings. Support with the nomination and selection process for both internal and external learning facilitators
- External Facilitator Liaison: Collaborate with external facilitator and vendors, ensuring content is tailored to meet specific organizational needs and manage relationships to uphold high standards of learning delivery.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Ensure timely collation of feedbacks to measure program effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative data
- Data Management and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report learning metrics to provide insights into program effectiveness and areas for improvement. Create and maintain learning MIS for regular updates to management.
