Job Title: Learning and Development Team Member

Reporting Manager: GCC- Learning and Development Lead
Role Objective:
To support the Learning and Development function in implementing L&D strategies, conducting training need analysis, and facilitating various learning programs. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day L&D activities, delivering high- quality programs, and ensuring alignment with GCC's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Strategic L&D Planning: Support the Learning and Development team in formulating L&D plans that align with business objectives and compliance requirements, focusing on skill enhancement across organizational levels.
- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify training requirements based on Performance Management System inputs, business transformation needs, and compliance mandates.
- Program Management: Manage various learning and development initiatives, including registration processes, participant engagement, and post-training evaluations. Ensure that programs are delivered effectively and align with strategic priorities.
- Coordination of Training Calendar: Assist in the development and execution of the annual training calendar. Prioritiz training initiatives based on business impact and coordinate sessions with both internal and external trainers.
- External Trainer Liaison: Collaborate with external trainers and vendors, ensuring content is tailored to meet specific organizational needs and manage relationships to uphold high standards of training delivery.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all L&D activities comply with relevant legal regulations and organizational policies. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve compliance adherence.
- Data Management and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report training metrics to provide insights into program effectiveness and areas for improvement. Create and maintain training MIS for regular updates to management.
Job Specifications:
Experience:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within the steel, power, or manufacturing sectors
- Experience in managing training programs in a GCC or international context is highly advantageous
Qualification:
- Master's degree in human resources or a related field Certifications
- Professional certifications in the field of HR or learning and development is a plus

- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and execute programs with precision

Technical:
- Experienced in using LMS platforms like Success Factors for training enrollment, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to leverage HR analytics tools to extract insights for feedback and program refinement
