Role Objective:

To assist in the execution and monitoring of performance management and talent development processes, supporting the alignment of these initiatives with corporate strategies and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Mapping and Maintenance: Maintain and audit the accuracy of data within performance management databases to optimize data integrity. Regularly review data entered, checking for accuracy and consistency with predefined benchmarks and templates.

- Performance Review Coordination: Schedule and coordinate logistics for the performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational timelines. Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and presentations to assist leaders during the review discussions.

- Promotion Process Support: Collaborate with department leaders to identify promotion potential and align it with career pathways. Contribute to the design and implementation of assessment tools, ensuring objective evaluation.

- Data Collection and Analysis: Develop methodologies for collecting performance-related metrics. Conduct advanced data analysis, offering insights on trends that align with organizational goals.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with department heads to gather feedback and tailor performance strategies accordingly. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to boost comprehension of performance systems.

- Process Support: Provide comprehensive advisory services to department managers and employees regarding role expectations, review processes, and performance enhancement strategies. Address and resolve escalated queries using in-depth knowledge of organizational policy frameworks."

Job Specifications:

Experience - 5-7 years within HR functions, demonstrated capacity in performance management activities

Qualification : Master's degree in human resources or a related field

Certifications : Professional certifications in the field of HR or PMS and Talent Management is a plus

Competencies Behavioural : Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and metrics.

- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholder groups.

- Team-player with a proactive approach to cross-department collaborations

Functional :


- Familiarity with performance management frameworks and tools.

- Ability to moderate/facilitate performance discussions constructively

Technical - Competence in HR analytics tools and platforms for data reporting.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
