Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to drive our eCommerce initiatives based in Gurgaon/Gurugram. This role will be pivotal in expanding our B2B online presence, optimizing our eCommerce platform, and enhancing our online marketing strategies.
The Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of our eCommerce platform with our SAP HANA system. This role will directly impact our ability to reach new customers, improve customer experience, and increase revenue through online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and market share for JSL's B2B segment.
- Manage and optimize the performance of our eCommerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient online experience for customers.
- Implement and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate the eCommerce platform with SAP HANA, ensuring accurate data flow and efficient order processing.
- Monitor and report on key eCommerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including eCommerce platform providers, marketing agencies, and payment gateways.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful eCommerce strategies in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms, preferably with SAP HANA integration.
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 - 8 years
