B. Conduct market and trend research: - Analyze local housing market trends, competitor activity, and homebuyer preferences. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.
C. Coordinate launches and promotions: - Help plan and execute marketing activities for new community releases or product innovations. This includes coordinating promotional materials and events.
D. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: - Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing materials are aligned with sales objectives. Act as a liaison with project development, design, and site management to gather updates and ensure consistency in messaging.
