Jindal Aluminium - VP - Commercial

Jindal Aluminium is seeking dynamic Senior Executives for the position of GM/DGM Commercial with well-rounded expertise in overseeing a range of departments such as Commercial, Finance, Accounts, Purchase, Administration, Import-Export, Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Liaison, Corporate Affairs, Stores, Production, Packing, Shipping, Civil (construction), Security, Branch Offices and Customer-Vendor interactions. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency and maintaining a high standard of performance within their designated units.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and guide middle-level Executive staff, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing losses, wastage and overheads of which the Senior most executive like VP, SVP, President & CEO to control these activities and is in charge of them.

- Maintain a vigilant eye on all activities, taking proactive measures to maintain unit efficiency and functionality.

- Spearhead discipline and action-oriented approaches, upholding a culture of accountability and achievement.

- Engage in effective customer and vendor negotiations, nurturing fruitful relationships to benefit the organization.
