Head - IT (SAP & Digital Infrastructure)

Lead the organization's enterprise technology landscape, with SAP as the core business platform, while driving IT strategy, infrastructure governance, cybersecurity, enterprise integrations, digital manufacturing initiatives, and emerging technology adoption. This role will be accountable for technology direction, operational delivery, governance, risk management, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready IT capabilities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms across the organization.

- Own the overall SAP landscape, including roadmap planning, solution governance, application lifecycle management, integrations, support, and continuous improvement.

- Drive WRICEF assessment and delivery, provide strategic oversight to SAP functional and technical teams, and ensure effective design, development, integration, and deployment of business solutions.

- Lead enterprise-wide technology governance, including IT policies, standards, architecture reviews, risk management, audit readiness, and compliance.

- Own cloud and on-premise infrastructure strategy, operations, performance, capacity planning, optimization, vendor management, and cost governance.

- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and oversee security controls across applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, manufacturing systems, and enterprise integrations.

- Own and govern integrations between SAP and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HRMS, analytics platforms, and other business-critical applications.

- Lead IT-OT convergence initiatives, including SAP integration with SCADA, edge devices, manufacturing systems, and plant automation technologies.

- Drive master data governance, data quality, and enterprise information management practices.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI/ML, intelligent automation, analytics, and digital manufacturing solutions, to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.

- Establish service delivery excellence through defined SLAs, operational metrics, incident management, business continuity, and disaster recovery capabilities.

- Collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, and external vendors to drive innovation, operational excellence, and business value realization.

Experience:

- Mandatory: 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP-centric enterprise technology environments.

- Proven experience managing enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations.

- Hands-on experience delivering SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or large-scale support programs.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams, external partners, and technology vendors.

- Exposure to manufacturing, OT environments, plant automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives preferred.

- Experience evaluating and deploying AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
