Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement the organization's IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives and digital transformation programs.

- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process automation and operational excellence.

- Build and lead a high-performing IT team.

SAP & Enterprise Applications:

- Manage SAP S/4 HANA / ECC landscape, including support, enhancements, and upgrades.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI, CO, QM, PM, and HR.

- Drive SAP optimization projects to improve productivity and business efficiency.

- Manage ERP governance, change management, and user adoption programs.

Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0:

- Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT, automation, analytics, AI, and smart manufacturing solutions.

- Implement manufacturing execution systems (MES), predictive maintenance, and digital factory initiatives.

- Promote data-driven decision-making through business intelligence and analytics platforms.

IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity:

- Oversee data centers, servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.

- Ensure availability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure.

- Establish cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

- Ensure compliance with information security standards and regulatory requirements.

Vendor & Project Management:

- Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

- Lead implementation of enterprise technology projects within budget and timelines.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend investments to improve business performance.

Governance & Compliance:

- Establish IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor IT KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery standards.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- MBA / PGDM preferred.

- SAP Certification and relevant technology certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Information Technology.

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as Head IT / IT Manager / CIO.

- Strong experience in Manufacturing Industry (Aluminium, Steel, Automotive, Engineering, Process Industries preferred).

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA / ECC implementation and support.

- Exposure to Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
