Lead the marketing and business development function for Aluminium Extruded Products across India. Drive sales growth, OEM engagement, new application development, and overall market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national marketing & sales for extruded profiles.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow volume, value-added products, and market share.
- Manage key OEM accounts in automotive, solar, electrical, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Provide technical support for custom profiles, alloy selection, dies, and finishing requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, LME pricing, and prepare pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a multi-location sales & marketing team.
Requirements:
- B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production); MBA preferred.
- 15-20 years' experience in aluminium extrusion marketing with strong OEM experience.
- Strong understanding of extruded profiles, alloys (6xxx series), dies, anodizing/powder coating, and fabrication.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
