However, less than 0.2% of them can monetize their services properly to earn a predictable livelihood. - Monetization for creators is a real problem. Social media platforms are built for user engagement, which is monetized via advertisements. Therefore, they prioritize follower acquisition and content distribution. Monetization for creators is an afterthought. Only established celebrities can make money on their terms, primarily via brand deals. For the rest, it is just hard work of creation without a commensurate income even to afford a decent life in any metro city. Furthermore, there is no predictability in their earnings. - One critical need is tools and platforms that enable creators to build direct monetization channels with their fans. These creators already have followers on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. They need a monetization tool to make their superfans pay them for premium and often exclusive experiences. About Fanory : - Fanory helps creators monetize better than any social media platform. Fanory enables the creator to make their personalized app, similar to how Shopify enables businesses to create their digital storefront. Role Overview : - This role will directly report to the Founders. S/he will work as part of Founder's office to drive critical strategic initiatives. - Key activities include investigating strategic opportunities, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, formulating recommendations, translating those into action plans, and helping execute on those plans working closely with the functional teams. This individual will work on high-priority strategic and operational issues. - The job offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the industry as well as greater responsibility and career progression than often found in professional services. Qualifications : 1. Outstanding in both strategic and operational skills. MBA preferred with 2+ years at a top-tier consulting firm. Additional operational experience running and managing a business prior to or after the consulting stint is preferred. 2. External orientation.
