Role Overview : - S/he will work as part of corporate development office to drive key investments, strategic partnerships and M&A. - Key activities include investigating strategic opportunities, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, formulating recommendations, translating those into action plans, and helping execute on those plans working closely with the functional teams. This individual will work on high-priority strategic and operational investments. - The job offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the industry as well as greater responsibility and career progression than often found in professional services. - The job includes working with business leaders in existing portfolio companies and helping them grow efficiently , right from finding funding for them to exploring strategic partnerships wherever necessary. Qualifications : 1. Outstanding in both strategic and operational skills. MBA preferred with 3+ years at a top-tier consulting firm. Additional operational experience running and managing a business prior to or after the consulting stint is preferred. 2. External orientation. A track record of looking outside to identify emerging trends and being able to capitalize on the opportunities they presented 3. Outstanding senior management communication skills 4. Outstanding interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and empathy. Should be adept at working in a multi-functional environment through personal influence. 5. Start-up mindset with a high degree of comfort with ambiguity 6. Digital and/or entertainment domain expertise is highly desirable 7. Open to relocating to Pune. 8. Significant maturity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information 9. Education: Top-tier bachelor's and master's degree (e.g. IIT, IIM, Ivy League) 10.
