Role Overview:

We are looking for an Academic Counselor International Sales to join our growing global team. This role is designed for professionals who believe in advisory-led selling, relationship building, and delivering meaningful educational outcomes for international families.

You will act as a trusted education advisor to parents across global markets, understanding each learners aspirations and guiding families toward the most suitable learning pathways within JetLearns ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Engagement & Relationship Building

- Serve as a trusted academic advisor to international parents, understanding their childs learning goals, strengths, and future aspirations.

- Conduct structured discovery conversations with parents post-trial classes to assess fit, readiness, and long-term learning pathways.

- Provide thoughtful, needs-based recommendations rather than transactional selling.

International Market Sales & Enrollment

- Manage and convert qualified inbound leads generated through global marketing initiatives.

- Engage with parents across different geographies, cultures, and time zones with high professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

- Clearly articulate JetLearns value proposition, curriculum depth, learning outcomes, and global differentiation.

- Guide families through enrollment decisions with transparency on pricing, packages, and learning milestones.

Stakeholder Communication & Follow-Ups

- Respond promptly and professionally to parent queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Maintain consistent, value-driven follow-ups focused on addressing concerns, sharing insights, and supporting decision-making.

- Build long-term relationships that encourage renewals, upgrades, and advocacy.

CRM, Planning & Execution Excellence

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of parent interactions, learner profiles, and progress in the CRM system.

- Track pipeline health, conversion metrics, and monthly performance against defined goals.

- Demonstrate strong planning and execution skills to manage international leads efficiently.

Growth Through Referrals & Advocacy

- Proactively identify satisfied parents and convert them into brand advocates.

- Generate and convert referrals through relationship-led engagement rather than incentive-driven selling.

- Contribute insights from parent interactions to improve programs, messaging, and overall customer experience.

Desired Education, Experience & Competencies:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelors degree from a reputed institution; Masters/MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in consultative sales, admissions counseling, business development, or customer advisory roles in a B2C environment.

- Prior exposure to international clients, global markets, or education/ed-tech is highly desirable.

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in engaging global audiences.

- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to listen, diagnose needs, and recommend solutions.

- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with international families.

- Proven capability to achieve targets through strategic planning and ethical selling.
