Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This role is only for agency marketers, ex agency folks or ex startup founders who are hands on and love building things end to end.

You should strongly identify with all of these:

- Copywriting and content: You understand the art & science of writing marketing content. You have written copies for ads, landing pages, emails or social platforms that actually went live and drove results, not just long form blogs or academic writing.

- Design and UI or UX sense: You are comfortable turning ideas into wireframes or layouts in Figma or similar tools and you understand what makes a page clear, scannable and conversion focused.

- Reporting and analytics: You can pull data from platforms, clean it and turn it into simple views and dashboards in Google Sheets / MS Excel or slides that help leadership in decision making.

CRM and HubSpot style setups:

- You have worked inside a CRM, created lists or segments, set up journeys or workflows and built performance reports and dashboard.( HubSpot experience is a strong advantage).

- Heavy daily use of AI tools

Y- ou already use AI for research, outlining, copy, design support, QA and automation and you like exploring specialised AI tools for different problems.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant marketing experience is required.

Key responsibilities:


- Turn ideas into live campaigns across landing pages, email, ads and simple content assets

- Write clear, conversion focused copy tailored to parents and consumer audiences globally

- Create and refine page structures and webpages layouts in Figma and work with tech or design to get them live

- Set up tracking, keep UTMs organised and maintain campaign performance dashboards

- Use the CRM to build lists, workflows, reportings & dashboards. (HubSpot is a Plus)

- Use AI tools to speed up research, creative testing, content production and reporting

- Document experiments, share learnings and iterate to improve key funnel metrics
