As a Head - HR for Manufacturing org, serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating to develop and implement HR strategies that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Build and Develop Factory HR & Admin Teams to ensure that organizational transformation needs are achieved. This role requires a combination of HR expertise, change leadership, and strategic thinking. Work Location: Daman (for initial 6 months) and then Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat. Direct Reports: Plant HR & Admin Teams. Key Responsibilities : - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives across multiple plants. - Change Management: Champion the Performance Culture of Accountability & Collaboration by effectively leading, managing and executing initiatives within the Manufacturing org, ensuring smooth implementation and employee buy-in. - Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts within the Plants including recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and succession planning. - Collaboration: Collaborate with Manufacturing and HR leads, department heads, and senior management to ensure that HR function supports the Manufacturing organization's overall goals and strategies. - Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. - Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters. Desired Experience & Qualifications : - MBA in HR / master's degree in HR & IR with Extensive HR experience of managing multiple plants. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively drive results. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. - Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context. - Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
