About You:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable conversions (Inbound leads).
- Create, curate, and manage original and engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics).
- Build and manage a social media content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and industry trends.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native analytics platforms.
- Grow and nurture an online community of prospects, customers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to align messaging and maximize campaign impact.
- Identify and engage with brand ambassadors and potential partners for collaborations.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and the SaaS space.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to grow social audiences and drive measurable business results.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g , Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, etc.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
- Passion for SaaS, tech, and digital communities.
- Bonus: experience with performance marketing, paid social, or influencer campaigns.
