What You'll Do:

Financial & Valuation Modeling

You will prepare comprehensive and robust financial models to evaluate potential investments. This includes creating detailed valuation models that accurately reflect the financial standing and potential of public and private equity opportunities.

Industry & Company Research

Conducting thorough industry and company research is crucial. You will generate valuable insights, identify key trends, and uncover investment opportunities through in-depth analysis. This research will form the backbone of our investment strategies and decision-making processes.

Client Engagement

Collaborate with global clients, understand project goals, and translate complex financials into clear, compelling deliverables. Your communication will bridge the gap between analysis and action. You will actively interact with clients on various deals and projects, understand their requirements, build relevant collaterals, and explain deliverables to different stakeholders. Your ability to convey complex financial information in an accessible manner will be vital.

Insightful Research Reports

You will be responsible for writing qualitative research reports on companies and industries. This includes thematic notes, company initiation notes, earnings notes, and event-based notes. Timely and insightful reports will help our clients make informed investment decisions.

Deal Support & Pitch Decks

Preparing deal pitch-books, conducting stock screenings based on both quantitative and qualitative metrics, performing credit analysis, and executing ad hoc industry studies are integral parts of your role. These activities will support our team in making strategic investment decisions and presenting compelling pitches to clients.From stock screens to pitch books, your analysis will empower decision-makers. You'll support deal execution, credit assessments, and strategic presentations.

End-to-End Deal Support

You will assist team leaders and associates in the execution of deals, manage ongoing client interactions, and contribute to related tasks. Your support will be crucial in ensuring the smooth progression and successful completion of projects.

What You Bring:

Education: MBA / CA / CFA

Experience: 3-5 years in investment banking, financial research, or equity analysis

Your Core Skills:

Financial Modeling Mastery - Excellent modeling skills are required, along with a solid grounding in accounting and financial fundamentals. You should be proficient in developing complex financial models and interpreting financial data accurately.

Sharp Analytical Mind - Able to distill vast data into actionable insights

Strong Communication - Articulate, concise, and confident in client discussions

Time Management: Demonstrable time management and prioritization skills are desirable to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
