CoE Project Management Profile  Location: Bangalore  Job Role:   Managing the service delivery of cross-functional teams delivering on small or medium sized engagements,   Conducting performance reviews and provide guidance, feedback, mentoring and developmental experience to project team  Key Role Expectations :   - Manages the service delivery of cross-functional teams delivering on small or medium sized engagements  - Provides guidance to junior team members to achieve project plan and goals in accordance with established policies  - Works with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer escalations  - Adheres to the engagement SLAs & KPIs  - Builds strong client contacts and achieves referenceable results  - Participates in meetings on a regular basis to facilitate communication and effective delivery of services providing periodic service delivery status reports  - Creates service delivery plans/schedules, resource plans, and risk identification/mitigation  - Responsible for the change management - Identify enhancement opportunities, performance impact/sizing/cost-benefit analysis  - Takes responsibility for approving time sheets and expenses, following up with the customer and 3rd party contractors on invoicing  - Resolving project issues including effort, scope and timelines  - Supports the pre-sales in terms of Services engagement estimations and proposals  - Involves in creating delivery methodologies, quality processes/audits, and preparing training materials  - Escalates engagement issues and resolve with the help of Services leadership  - Ensures compliance with the following internal and external company policies and procedures  - Well versed in IT project management delivery methodology  - Readiness to be on-call and work flexible hours, which includes (Evenings, Weekends) as Solution and System Availability demands  Personality Skills :  - Demostratable Leadership skills  - Delivery and outcome focused  - Ability to motivate and manage people of varying skills   - Exceptional written and communication skills  - Exceptional stakeholder Management Skills  Experience & education :   - Total 12-15 years of overall experience (Domain or IT)   - Minimum 5 years as Project Manager  - Project Management Professional (PMP or PRINCE certification)   - ITIL Certification a plus
