Manager Delivery/Manager Delivery with strong experience in people management and delivery. - Worked in off shoring and managed project transitions along with strong experience in solutioning and stakeholder management. - Very strong accounting concepts and Ability to lead and manage a large team - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Accounting ERP Applications. - Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving capabilities. - Attention to details (at a supervisory level where the person has an eye for detail and can get into details as and when required) - Demonstrated experience in change management and continuous improvement best practices. - Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines - Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities - High energy, ownership of work and dedication and commitment to driving results - Master's degree in administration is preferred. - Excellent communications skills and people management skills. - Willing to work during US hours.
