
We are looking for a Knowledge Management Researcher who will act as a central quality and intelligence layer across primary research engagements. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, sales enablement, marketing, quality, and operations, ensuring that all research outputs are methodologically sound, insight-driven, and commercially impactful.
You will work closely with internal research teams to refine questionnaire instruments, validate data rigor, and strengthen storytelling across proposals, thought leadership, and final deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Primary Research Validation and Quality Control:
- Act as a central validator across quantitative and qualitative research engagements.
- Review and refine survey questionnaires and discussion guides for logical flow, clarity, and alignment with research objectives.
- Integrate secondary research inputs to strengthen questionnaire design and ensure coverage of key industry themes.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to bias, data quality, and inconsistencies.
2. Data Triangulation and Secondary Validation:
- Cross-validate primary research findings with secondary sources, industry benchmarks, and market trends.
- Identify gaps, contradictions, and inconsistencies in data.
- Apply triangulation techniques to enhance the credibility and depth of insights.
3. Proposal and Sales Enablement Support:
- Collaborate with sales and research teams to develop high-quality proposals and methodologies.
- Enhance proposal narratives with structured insight frameworks and relevant use cases.
- Contribute to pitch decks, capability documents, and other client-facing materials.
- Ensure all proposals are logically structured and aligned with client objectives.
4. Thought Leadership and Content Development:
- Support the creation of whitepapers, insight reports, and industry POVs.
- Translate complex research findings into clear and compelling narratives.
- Contribute to building intellectual capital and market-facing content.
5. Report Development and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and refine client-ready research deliverables.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and strong storytelling across outputs.
- Sanitize reports by removing sensitive or identifiable information.
- Convert raw data into structured insights and actionable recommendations.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with research, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Act as a bridge across functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Enable seamless coordination to enhance overall delivery quality and effectiveness.
