- As a senior leader, you will define Quantitative research strategies, develop data-driven methodologies, and position the company as a leader in advanced quantitative insights, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Oversee the execution of high-impact research projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and actionable insights.
- Develop executive-level insights and strategic recommendations for clients in various industries.
- Engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, guiding them on leveraging data-driven research for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure research outputs are visualized effectively through dashboards, data storytelling, and business intelligence tools.
- Lead the development of new research solutions and proprietary models.
- Innovate with survey design, statistical modeling, conjoint analysis, segmentation, behavioral analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
- Establish and lead a high-performing quantitative and qualitative research team, setting up methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Define and implement strategic growth initiatives for research, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with the business development team to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, case studies, and industry reports showcasing quantitative expertise.
- Strengthen brand visibility through thought leadership articles, client testimonials, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop sales enablement materials and data-driven insights to support business development efforts.
