
1. HR Operations
- Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HRMIS updates.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure data accuracy for payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and processes.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS for leadership review.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and neutrality while handling sensitive matters.
- Promote a professional and inclusive work environment.
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives.
- Assist in driving employee satisfaction and retention efforts.
5. Floor Management & On-Ground HR Support
- Provide on-floor HR presence to ensure policy adherence and operational discipline.
- Coordinate closely with business teams to address day-to-day people-related matters.
- Support leadership with workforce-related insights and observations.
6. Travel Requirement
- Travel to the Noida office as and when required to support operational and business needs
