Job Brief:

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to organize, coordinate, and drive programs and initiatives across functions. You will provide strategic and operational support to teams while ensuring programs are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a strong executor with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work in fast-paced environments, and drive outcomes with ownership and accountability. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desired outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage cross-functional programs and projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and tracking across multiple stakeholders.

- Adopt a structured approach to identify problems, break them down into manageable components, and prioritize based on impact and urgency.

- Support Go-to-Market and rollout planning by working closely with business and field stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and adoption.

- Track program and category-level metrics on a regular basis; identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and on-ground stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

- Prepare clear updates, documentation, and reports for leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, operations, or a similar role.(High-performing fresh graduates from Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges may also be considered).

- Preference for candidates from Maharashtra with strong local context and familiarity.

- Must be well-versed in written and verbal Marathi; working proficiency in English is required.

- Strong understanding of project/program management tools, techniques, and execution methodologies.

- Good understanding of performance tracking, reporting, and basic change management principles.

- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in dynamic environments.
