Jaro Education is a leading EdTech organization specializing in executive education programs in collaboration with top institutes. We are scaling aggressively and looking for a seasoned marketing leader to build a world-class marketing engine.

Role Overview:

- We are hiring a senior marketing leader with 15+ years of experience who has successfully built and managed large-scale marketing teams (80-150+) and driven high-revenue growth through performance-driven strategies.

- This role is not just about marketing - it is about owning the revenue engine through marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Organizational Scale:

- Lead and scale a large multi-layered team, including:

- Marketing Managers, Senior Managers, General Managers

- Performance Marketing Teams

- Campaign Marketing Teams

- Content Teams (Strategists, Writers, Managers)

- Data & Marketing Analysts

- Build second-line leadership and succession pipelines

- Drive a high-performance, accountability-driven culture

2. Full-Funnel Marketing Ownership:

- Own end-to-end marketing strategy from awareness to conversion

- Drive large-scale campaigns across:

a. Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates, Partnerships

Optimize funnels for:

a. Lead generation

b. Conversion rates

c. Revenue growth

3. Data, Analytics & ROI Governance

- Lead analytics functions including:

a. Data Analysts

b. Marketing Analysts

c. Own key business metrics:

d. CAC, CPL, ROI, LTV, Funnel Conversion

- Build predictive models, dashboards & growth forecasts

- Ensure marketing spends are tightly aligned with revenue outcomes

4. Content, Brand & Communication Strategy:

- Own complete content ecosystem:

a. Content Strategists

b. Content Writers & Managers

Drive:

- High-converting ad creatives

- Landing pages

- Email / WhatsApp automation journeys

- Ensure brand consistency + performance-led storytelling

5. Revenue Alignment & Business Impact:

- Partner closely with Sales Leadership

Drive:

- Pipeline generation

- Revenue contribution from marketing

- Align marketing goals with organizational growth targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in Marketing (B2C preferred)

- Proven experience managing large teams (80+ members)

Strong background in:

- Performance Marketing

- Team Leadership at scale

- Data-driven growth strategies

Experience in:

- EdTech / FinTech / High-ticket sales ecosystems preferred

- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue through marketing channels

- Strong stakeholder management (CXO-level exposure preferred)
