Job Title: Branch Manager - Sales

Location: Chennai

Reports To: VP-Sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue and Sales Target Achievement:

- Drive revenue growth for the branch by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.

- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.

- Analyse sales performance regularly and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead a team of 50-60 people, including DBMs (Deputy Branch Managers), AMs (Assistant Managers), Managers, and Team Leaders.

- Conduct regular team meetings, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to all levels of staff.

- Ensure the team is well-trained, motivated, and focused on performance-driven results.

3. Operational Efficiency:

- Ensure smooth daily operations within the branch, including sales processes, resource allocation, and administrative functions.

- Monitor branch performance and provide feedback and support to ensure all processes run efficiently.

4. Performance Monitoring and Development:

- Set performance KPIs for individual team members and ensure alignment with overall branch goals.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and provide coaching and development opportunities.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the branch.

5. Client Relationship and Market Expansion:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for business expansion, both within existing markets and new territories.

- Ensure that the team effectively handles customer inquiries, complaints, and other needs in a professional and timely manner.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and team activity.

- Regularly analyze branch sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Report directly to senior management with insights on branch performance and sales strategies.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment and efficient branch operations.

- Ensure clear and transparent communication across all levels within the team and with senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing large teams (50+ people).

- Strong background in revenue generation and achieving sales targets.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to handle operational and strategic aspects of branch management.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Experience in sales, revenue growth, and client relationship management.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

- Proven ability to manage an IT team and collaborate with other departments.

Skills:

- Technical proficiency in network infrastructure and systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and team management abilities.

- Budgeting and vendor negotiation skills.

Job Location - Goregaon, Mumbai

Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
