Description:
- This is an on-site, full-time role for a Branch Manager Sales, based in Pune.
- The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and motivate the sales team, and work closely with senior management to achieve business goals.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring the branch meets or exceeds sales targets, strategizing business development initiatives, and identifying new market opportunities.
- The role also involves leading by example, building customer relationships, and maintaining a client-focused approach.
Qualifications:- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams.
- Strong business development, sales management, and client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Relevant experience in the education or EdTech industry is advantageous.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a goal-driven mindset.
- Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing large teams of counselors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
