Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall execution strategy for the Green Hydrogen project from mobilization to commissioning and handover.

- Act as the Owner's Representative, ensuring contractual, technical, commercial, and operational objectives are achieved.

- Manage stakeholder relationships with refinery customers, government authorities, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and local communities.

- Coordinate interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams.

- Oversee outsourced construction management teams and monitor execution progress across project sites.

- Drive project planning, scheduling, cost control, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, statutory regulations, and contractual requirements.

- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve execution challenges.

- Lead commissioning, performance testing, start-up activities, and project handover to the client.

- Prepare and present project progress reports, KPIs, risk assessments, and executive updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of overall experience in industrial project execution.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale EPC or Owner's Representative projects.

- Proven experience in:

1. Green Hydrogen Projects

2. Refineries

3. Petrochemical Plants

4. Fertilizer Plants

5. Oil & Gas

6. Process Industries

- Experience managing projects with a CAPEX exceeding 500-1,000 Crore.

- Strong expertise in:

1. Project Execution & Delivery

2. EPC Project Management

3. Construction Management

4. Interface Management

5. Commissioning & Start-up

6. Cost & Schedule Control

7. Risk Management

8. HSE & Quality Assurance

9. Contract & Stakeholder Management

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

- M.Tech or MBA.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.

- Primavera P6 Certification.

- FIDIC Contract Management Certification.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working as an Owner's Representative on mega industrial projects.

- Strong understanding of hydrogen production technologies and process plant commissioning.

- Knowledge of international EPC execution standards and contract management.

- Experience working with multinational EPC contractors and global OEMs.
