Mission:
Lead global Solar Modules growth by generating qualified leads, strengthening networks, and empowering sales. Oversee strategic programs, market outreach, and government partnerships to secure large-scale projects and drive profitable growth, market share, and brand positioning across India, and overseas (the US, Europe, and MENA)- integrating all BD, sales, export, KAM, channel, and dealer functions under one AOP-aligned strategy.

Skills:
- Deep expertise in solar industry trends, policies, trade regimes, certifications, sustainability
standards, and regulations.
- Expert negotiator and contract manager for frameworks and long- term supply deals
- Sharp analyst of market intelligence, competition, and customer data
- Commercially savvy on pricing, margins, FX, Incoterms, and credit risk
- Track record of building high- engagement, high-performance teams and driving cross-functional results
Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree preferably in electrical & Electronics Engineering or International Business
- Master's Degree, ideally an MBA with focus on International Business or Sales & Marketing
- 15-20 years of experience with at least 5+ years in experience in similar role
- Proven track record in national and international sales, channel sales, dealer network management, and key account management

Outcome with Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic BD & Partnerships
- Execute national/international GTM strategies to hit AOP across segments
- Identify and pursue BD via outreach, ecosystems, consultants, and account-based programs
- Build and manage relationships with EPCs, IPPs, utilities, distributors, financiers, and influencers
- Influence product roadmap and SKU mix by geography
- Design structured engagement programs, co-branded activations, and joint BD content
2. Strengthening National and Internation Sales
- Define and implement robust national sales strategy aligned to policy and state incentives
- Lead annual/quarterly sales planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Target new growth areas and drive penetration in priority states
3. Key Account Management
- Ensure high-touch engagement and differentiated value for strategic projects
- Develop multi-year account roadmaps with technical and exec-level programs
- Foster C-suite relationships through structured meets
4. Market Intelligence and Strategy
- Track national/international policies, tariffs, incentives, and certifications
- Maintain competitor dossiers on pricing, capacity, tech, and bankability
- Analyse demand signals, channel health, and segment profitability
- Lead trade show participation with curated customer programs
- Oversee market-specific collateral, case studies, bankability packs, and sustainability narratives
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering on technical specs and business cases
5. Leadership and Culture
- Build and mentor national and international sales, BD, dealer, and KAM personnel
- Embed ethics, compliance, customer obsession, and data-driven decision-making
